摘要 研究了ZAM84-1Si等通道转角挤压(ECAP)前后的微观组织与力学性能。结果表明:经过4道次挤压后,α-Mg基体晶粒得到显著细化,粗大的Mg2Si增强相及三元相都碎化成细小的颗粒状,均匀弥散分布于α-Mg基体中;合金的屈服强度提高357%,抗拉强度提高408%,伸长率提高235%。与4道次相比,8道次挤压后的组织又进一步细化,但是屈服强度和抗拉强度有所降低,伸长率提高不大。由于α-Mg基体细晶强化和第二相颗粒的弥散强化作用,使合金的力学性能得到提高。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of ZAM84-1Si alloy before and after equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) were studied. The results show that, after four times ECAP, the a-Mg matrix grains significantly refines and massive Mg2Si reinforcing phase and ternary phase are broken into small granules distribution in the a-Mg matrix homogeneously; Yield strength of alloy is increased by 357%, tensile strength is increased by 408%, and elongation is increased by 235%. Compared with four times ECAP, after eight times ECAP, the microstructure is further refined, but the yield and tensile strength decreases and elongation increases a little. The mechanical properties improves resulting from fine grain strengthening effect of a-Mg matrix and dispersion strengthening effect of second phase particles.
