摘要 研究了非真空熔铸制备Cu-Cr-Zr合金的过程中,不同覆盖剂对Cr、Zr收得率的影响,并分析了铸件中的铸造缺陷及其产生原因。结果表明:使用木炭和鳞片石墨复合覆盖剂可以获得稳定的Cr收得率94%~96%,Zr的收得率为51%~60%。半连续铸造合金铸锭中的夹杂物存在块状、条状和点状3种形态,其主要成分为C和O,主要是由于结晶器熔体中裹入炭黑或熔体氧化造成。 The influence of different cover agents on the yield rate of Cr and Zr produced by the non-vacuum melting was analyzed and the casting defects in the ingots were also studied by OM and SEM. The results show that a stable yield rate of Cr about 94% to 96% and Zr about 51% to 60% was realized by using the cover agent of charcoal and flake graphite. The inclusions formed in the semi-continuous casting processing have the morphologies of bulk, plate and granular like, whose composition is mainly carbon and oxygen. The occurrence of the inclusion is due to the melt oxidation or the carbon black immersed in the melt in the mold.
