铸造机主链轮焊接修复模拟

摘要 利用计算机仿真技术建立铸造机主链轮T型接头焊接的有限元模型,采用生死单元技术对T型接头焊接过程中的温度场和应力场进行了数值模拟。温度场模拟结果与实际焊接过程较为相符;应力场模拟结果表明,最大纵向残余应力位于焊缝上表面,最大横向残余应力和厚度方向残余应力分别位于焊缝与翼板和腹板的交接处。并得到了铸造机主链轮T型接头的三维焊接温度场和应力场的动态模拟分析方法。 A finite element model of T-joint welding process of casting machine lord sprocket was created based on computer simulation technique. The temperature and residual stress in T-joint welding process were numerically simulated with the unit birth and death technology. The simulation result of temperature filed is consistent with the temperature in true welding process. The simulation results of stress field show that the maximum horizontal residual stress is on the upper surlhce of the weld, and the maximum residual stresses in horizontal direction and thickness direction are in the junction of the weld with flange and web. And a viable dynamic simulation analysis method of three-dimensional temperature and stress field in the T-joint of casting machine lord sprocket can be obtained.
