摘要
采用计算机模拟结合正交试验的方法,研究了在消失模铸造中,浇注系统类型、浇注方式、内浇道截面形状对阀类铸件质量的影响。结果表明,对于消失模铸造阀类铸件,浇注方式对铸件质量的影响相对较大,内浇道截面形状次之,浇注系统类型的影响最小。在负压条件下浇注系统类型选择封闭式,浇注方式选择顶注式,内浇道截面形状选择矩形是消失模铸造阀类铸件浇注系统的最优设计方案。
Combining computer simulation with orthogonal experiment, the effects of gating system, pouring way and the shape of in-gate cross section on the quality of valve castings were researched in EPC process. The results shows that the effect of pouring way oll the casting quality is the most the cross-section shape of in-gate is second, and the type of gating system is the minimal. Under negative pressure condition the optimized method of EPC in valve casting is closed gating systern top pouring way and rectangular in-gate cross section.
