摘要
针对散热器的结构特点,设计了4种不同的浇口结构。利用仿真软件模拟了金属液体在不同浇口结构的充型过程,预测压铸件中可能存在的缺陷大小和位置,提出最佳的浇口和溢流槽设计方案。结果表明:在浇注温度为680℃,模具预热温度为220℃,浇道速度60 m/s情况下,金属液能够比较均匀的填充整个铸件且表面缺陷集中程度低的设计方案最为合理。
According to the structural characteristics of radiator, we design four different kinds of structure of gate.Using simulation software FLOW-3D simulate filling process of metal liquid in different structure of gate,predict the size and locaion of surface defect, so that we can find the best gating system and overflow solt. The result shows under the condition of appropriate parameters :pouring temperature 680℃ ,mold temperature 220℃ ,ingate velocity 60m/s, the design is rational when the liquid metal uniformly flow over the part and the surface defect concentration is low.
