摘要
低压铸造是铸造工艺的重要分支,通过调节合金液面的压力,进而实现对铝合金铸件的质量性能的控制。从可编程控制器的角度出发,利用PLC控制合金液面气压的大小,实现对铝合金件的铸造,提高整体的铸造效率。
Pressure casting is an important branch of casting process, by adjusting the pressure on alloy liquid surface to achieve the control of the quality and performance of petrol tank castings of aluminum alloy. From the view of programmable controller, the air pressure on the alloy liquid level was controlled by PLC to obtain cylinder petrol tank castings. Pressure casting can improve the efficiency of the overall casting.
