摘要 为了实现铸造车间的信息化改造,借助于OPC技术,设计了铸造车间的远程智能监控系统。分析该智能监控系统的网络结构,车间软PLC与监控计算机之间的通信模式,以及监控系统的软件与硬件实现。借助于组态王,开发了系统的监控界面,实现了铸造车间设备的远程监控。 In order to achieve informatization of foundry plant, with the help of OPC technology, an intelligent monitoring system of foundry plant was designed. The network structure of intelligent monitoring system, the communication triode between soft PLC in foundry plant and monitor computer, and its software and hardware achievement were analyzed. Using KingView software, the system monitoring interface was developed, and the remote monitoring in foundry plant was completed.
