摘要
目的分析采用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗激光切除痔疮术后创面的临床体会。方法对150例激光切除痔疮术后患者创面采用MEBO换药处理,观察治疗效果。结果 150例患者全部治愈,愈合时间最短者为12 d,最长者为20 d。结论激光联合MEBO治疗痔疮,患者无明显疼痛,愈合时间明显缩短,疗效显著,值得基层医院推广应用。
Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical experience of using Moist Exposed Burn Ointment （MEBO） to treat wound post hemorrhoidectiomy laser surgery. Methods A total of 150 cases of surgical wounds post hem- orrhoidectiomy laser surgery were treated with MEBO dressing change; the efficacy was observed. Results All the 150 ca- ses healed completely, with the healing time ranging between 12 d -20 d. Conclusion Treating haemorrhoids with MEBO in combination with laser could accelerate wound healing process with no obvious pain and the effect is significant, worthy of popularization and application in primary hospitals.
