腰椎4/5椎板间隙测量对微创术式选择的价值

Value of Measuring Interlaminar Distance of Lumbar Segmental 4/5 for Choosing Operation Methods of Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的:分析腰4/5椎板间隙的测量对腰椎微创术式选择的价值。方法:对60例腰4/5节段退行性疾病行后路椎间盘镜手术治疗患者进行回顾性研究,测量患者术前标准腰椎正位X片中腰4/5节段椎板间隙高度、宽度,并与术中情况进行对比。结果:腰4/5节段椎板间隙高度+宽度值以23mm为临界,大于23mm组与小于23mm组术中情况存在差异,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前椎板间隙的测量有助于微创术式的选择。

Objective To analyze the value of measuring the interlaminar distance of lumbar segmental 4/5 for choosing operation methods of invasive minimally surgery. Methods Sixty patients with degenerative disease of L4/5 intervertebral disc underwent surgery with micro-endoscopic discectomy. The interlaminar height and width of the lumbar segmental 4/5 were measured in the preoperative standard X-ray of lumbar vertebrae, which were compared with the intraoperative view. Results The critical value of the sum of the interlaminar height and width of the L4/5 was 23mm. There were satistical differences between the group with the sum of the interlaminar height and width of the L4/5 more than 23mm and the other group with that less than 23mm. Conclusion The preoperative measurement of the interlaminar distance of lumbar vertebral plate is contributed to the choice of operation methods of minimally invasive therapy.
