摘要 知识在组织内的不断进化与更新是企业适应动态变化的外部环境的前提条件。本文以模拟企业知识进化过程作为出发点,利用生物进化论及遗传算法等理论对知识进化的机理进行剖析,通过深入挖掘组织内部知识进化的本质过程,总结了影响企业组织知识进化的时间与空间二元因素,并通过深入调研3家高新技术中小企业所面临的实际困难来检验模型的有效性,最终希望能为学术界知识进化研究提供新的视角,也争取为企业解决实际问题给予一定的指导价值。 Knowledge within the organization is constantly evolving and updating. This is to help enterprises to adapt to dynamic changes in the external environment prerequisite. This paper simulates enterprise knowledge evolution process as the starting point. It analyses knowledge evolution mechanism by biological evolution and genetic algorithms theory. Through deeply digging knowledge evolution within the organization, it sums up the impact of time and space dual factors on organizational knowledge. It tests the validity of the model through in-depth research of three high-tech practical difficulties faced by SMEs. It provides an academic knowledge evolution of a new perspective, and strives to solve real business problems.
