Prediction of Surface Miner's Production Capacity

摘要 总结和分析了6个用于计算露天采矿机生产能力的公式:技术生产能力公式,破碎比能公式以及Ge-hring、Dey&Ghose、Bilgin、Copur的经验公式,并应用7个实例分别验证了各公式的准确性,结果表明:技术生产能力公式、Dey&Ghose经验公式和经修正的Bilgin公式的预测结果较符合实际生产能力,在7个实例中,它们的相对误差平均值分别为19.4%、21.6%和24.5%。 The six empirical formulas are summarized and analyzed using to calculate the surface miner's production capacity,including the technical production formula,the crushing specific energy formula,Gehring,Dey Ghose,Bilgin,Copur empirical formula.Seven application instances are applied to verify their accuracy respectively.It shows that the prediction result of technical production formula,Dey Ghose empirical formula and revised Bilgin formula are more in line with actual production capacity,and their mean relative error in seven application instances are 19.4%,21.6% and 24.5% respectively.
