摘要
在环境中可自然降解的表面活性剂是目前研究的热点之一。为了获得良好的界面活性,同时提高表面活性剂的降解性能,以草酸、十二烷基二甲基胺和环氧氯丙烷为反应原料制备了一种新型的Gemini季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂。详细的探讨了反应时间、反应温度、反应溶剂等条件对产物的影响,并使用傅里叶变换红外光谱测试产物的特征基团。研究发现,在反应过程中,最佳的反应溶剂为乙醇,最佳反应温度为50℃,最佳反应时间为10h。
The surfactant which could be natural degradation in the environment is an important research content.In order to obtain a novel quaternary ammonium salt surfactant with perfect interfacial activity and excellent degradation in performance,oxalic acid,N,N-dimethyldodecylamine and epichlorohydrin were used as raw materials for the preparation of a novel Gemini quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant.The optimum reaction conditions were discussed in detail,and the chemical structures of synthetic intermediates and compounds were confirmed by FT-IR.From the result,it was shown that the best condition of reaction time was 10 h,the optimal solvent was anhydrous ethanol,and the optimum reaction temperature was 50℃.
