摘要
氧化石墨烯做药物载体,将罗丹明B(RB)负载到GOs的表面,制备了RB/GOs复合物。通过吸附曲线确定了RB在GOs上的饱和吸附量为57.28μg/mg。又考察了RB/GOs复合物上罗丹明B在不同pH的缓冲溶液中以及有机溶剂乙醇和丙酮中的释放行为。结果表明RB/GOs复合物上罗丹明B在碱性条件下释放量约30%,远高于酸性条件下的10%,并且表现出缓释的效果。而在乙醇和丙酮中,由于RB与GOs间强烈的π-π共轭作用,导致RB的释放量只有10%。这说明所制备的RB/GOs复合物具有较高的稳定性。
Oxide graphene nanosheets(GOs)had abundant oxo-group on its surface and had large special surface area.GOs was used as the drug carrier to loading rhodamine B(RB)and obtained RB/GOs composite.Then according to the adsorption curve of RB,the saturated adsorption capacity of RB on GOs was determined to be 57.28 μg/mg.Furthermore,the release behavior of RB on RB/GOs was also investigated.The result indicated that the release amount of RB in alkaline buffer was about 30% which was larger than acidic buffer solution,and about 10% in ethanol and acetone which maybe owing to the strong π-π conjugation between RB and GOs.This result indicated the RB/GOs composite had high stability.
