On Professional Ethic and Professional Development of Kindergarten Teachers

摘要 幼儿园教师的专业成长离不开与其专业特性相匹配的专业伦理要素,这是应然的逻辑。现实中由于专业伦理的缺失造成幼儿园教师的"规矩困惑",损害了幼儿园教师的专业成长。为此,当下加强专业伦理建设有利于促进教师专业成长及创造优质的幼儿教育。 Kindergarten teachers" professional development is inseparable from its professional ethical elements compatible with its professional features, which is consistent with logic. In reality, Kindergarten teachers" "Rule Puzzles" are caused by their lack of professional ethic, and this "Rule Puzzles" is not conducive to teachers" professional development and early childhood education; Nowadays, It is an inevitable choice to strengthen the construction of teachers" professional ethic that can promote teachers" professional development and can create high quality early childhood education.
