近年来,澳大利亚国家图书馆应用社交媒体推广图书馆服务取得了卓越成效,并制定了《社交媒体政策》。该政策鼓励员工积极利用社交媒体,确立了官方使用、专业使用、私人使用社交媒体的行为规范,同时明确指出使用不当和违反政策的行为,提醒员工使用社交媒体存在的风险,并指导员工使用社交媒体之后如何保持记录,为我国图书馆使用社交媒体提供了借鉴。

In recent years, Australian National Library applies the social media to promote library services, has achieved remarkable results, and has made the ＂Social Media Policy＂. The ＂Social Media Policy＂ encourages all employees to make use of the social media, establishes the code of conduct in official use, professional use and private use of the social media, at the same time, points out that the inappropriate use and breach of policy behaviors clearly, reminds potential risks that may arise in using the social media by employees, and guides employees how to keep records after using the social media. Thus, the ＂Social Media Policy＂ provides reference for using the social media of libraries in our country.
