摘要
通过对巴塞罗那城市发展背景及城市更新模式的分析,阐述旧城保护和滨海区改造的措施和对城市发展的意义。提出文化政策是巴塞罗那成功改造的关键,并从制定文化战略规划、重视文化设施建设及积极举办文化活动方面分析文化政策的作用,提出对我国城市更新的借鉴与启示。
According to the development background and the analysis of city renewal model of Barcelona,it was elaborated the measures of historical city preservation and coastal areas reconstruction,analyzed the significance of city renewal to urban development.It was also pointed out that cultural policy was the key to successful transformation of Barcelona,from establishing of cultural strategy planning,attaching importance to cultural facilities construction and positively holding cultural events,it was analyzed the role of cultural policy and proposed the inspiration and reference to the renewal of cities in China.
