良渚玉文化产业园旧工业厂房的改造和更新

DECOMPOSITION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF ORDERS RECONSTRUCTION DESIGN OF OLD AND WASTE FACTORY BUILDINGS IN LIANGZHU JADE CULTURAL INDUSTRY PARK

近年来,废旧工业厂房改造为文化产业园的项目较多,且形式多样。通过对良渚玉文化产业园的改造设计,提出保留原有工业建筑的痕迹,打破原有厂区规划的建筑秩序、重构建筑的外立面,以新的形式适应新内容的设计思路,探索此类项目的设计共性和个性。

In recent years,there have been a lot of different projects,whose tasks are to remould the old plants and turn them into cultural industry parks.Through the design of Liangzhu Jade Cultural Industry Zone,it was put forword the design ideas of keeping traces of the old industry architectures,interrupting orders of the old architecture planning,reconstructing elevations of the old industry architectures and using new forms,so as to explore the general character and the individual character of such projects.
