大型肉鸭与改良型连城白鸭杂交后代屠宰性能和体尺的研究

Study on Slaughter Performance and Body Size of Hybrid Offspring of Large Meat Duck and Improved Liancheng White Duck

研究对70日龄大型肉鸭与改良型连城白鸭杂交后代公母鸭进行了屠宰性能、体尺性状测定,并对测定结果进行了分析。结果发现,宰前活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重、半潜水长公鸭极显著高于母鸭(P<0.01);腿肌重、体斜长、龙骨长公鸭显著高于母鸭(P<0.05);皮脂率与体重、骨盆宽、半潜水长的相关系数分别达到0.65、0.62、0.71,均呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。此结论为通过活体测量体重、骨盆宽、半潜水长指标来选育活体不能测定的皮脂率指标提供了一定理论依据。

The slaughter performance and body size indicators Liancheng white duck at 70 days of age were determined. The of hybrid offspring of large meat duck and improved results showed that the live weight, carcass weight, semi-eviscerated weight, eviscerated weight, half-diving depth of male ducks were very significantly higher than those of femal ducks （P〈0.01） and leg muscle weight,body length and keel length of male ducks were significantly higher than those of female ducks （P〈0.05）. Subcutaneous fat rate was affected by live weight,pelvic width,half-diving depth dive,and the correlation coefficient were 0.65,0.62 and 0.71,respectively,which showed significant positive correlation （P〈0.05）. This conclusion provided a certain theoretical reference to breeding subcutaneous fat rate through the 2 measurement of live weight, pelvic width, and half-diving depth.
