不同炮制方法巫山淫羊藿中3个黄酮类成分油水分配系数的比较 被引量:5

Analysis of oil-water partition coefficient of flavonoids in different processed products of Epimedii Wushanensis Folium

摘要 目的:比较巫山淫羊藿不同炮制品水煎液中朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷、淫羊藿次苷Ⅱ3个黄酮类成分的油水分配系数。方法:采用摇瓶法测定不同炮制品中3个成分在正辛醇-水/缓冲盐溶液中的油水分配系数,采用HPLC方法同时测定3个成分的浓度。结果:3个成分在不同pH下油水分配系数,在pH 1.2、pH 7.4、pH 7.8等条件下,油炙品中的油水分配系数均高于生品。结论:单体成分与其在饮片中的油水分配系数不同,羊脂油炙后有利于3个黄酮类成分的分布吸收,可能是巫山淫羊藿油炙后增效的作用机制之一。 Objective: To compare the oil-water partition coefficient of epimedin C,icariin and icarisideⅡ in the different processed products of Epimedii Wushanensis Folium.Methods: The partition coefficients of the n octanol-water / buffer solution systems of three components in different processed products are determined by shaking flash method,and the concentration of the three flavonoid components was simultaneously detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results: The partition coefficients of the three flavonoid components in different pH were determined in crude and processed product.Under the conditions of pH 1.2,pH 7.4,and pH 7.8,the partition coefficients in fat broiled product were higher than in the crude product.Conclusion: The partition coefficients of the components are different in decoction pieces.Sheep fat broiling can increase the absorption and distribution of flavonoids,which may be one of the processing mechanisms of Epimedii Wushanensis Folium.
