五苓系列制剂中挥发油的GC指纹图谱研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立五苓胶囊、五苓片挥发油成分的GC指纹图谱和评价方法。方法:采用DB-1701毛细管气相色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),FID检测器;程序升温为45℃(2 min),以5℃.min-1的速度线性升温至220℃(10 min);利用指纹图谱相似度进行分类评价。结果:依据18批五苓胶囊和10批五苓片的指纹图谱相似度数据进行分析,将样品分为5级。Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级认为优良,胶囊剂和片剂分别达到33.3%和10.0%。结论:此方法可从挥发油的角度对五苓系列制剂的质量进行评价,五苓系列制剂应增加和完善对挥发油的控制方法。 Objective: To study the GC fingerprint of essential oil in Wuling capsules and tablets,and establish a method to evaluate the samples.Method: DB-1701 capillary column(30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm) was adopted,the detector was FID;The column temperature was programmed to start at 45 ℃(2 min),rising to 220 ℃(10 min),at a rate of 5 ℃.min-1.Samples were classified by the fingerprint similarities.Results: A total of 18 batches of Wuling capsules and 10 batches of Wuling tablets were classified as 5 grades by the similarities.Grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ were considered to be commendatory,the percentage of commendatory capsules reached 33.3% and that of the tablets reached 10.0%.Conclusion: The method is reliable to evaluate the quality of Wuling capsules and tablets from respect of essential oils.It’s reasonable to improve the method to control the quality of volatile compound in Wuling capsules and tablets.
