摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定保健品中非法添加的9种降糖药成分。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键和硅胶色谱柱,以0.02 mol.L-1的磷酸二氢铵(含十二烷基硫酸钠0.03%,用三乙胺调节pH至3.5±0.05)-甲醇为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长235 nm,柱温35℃,利用提取的光谱鉴定。结果:在46 min内,可以分离并鉴定盐酸苯乙双胍、格列本脲、格列齐特、格列吡嗪、格列喹酮、格列美脲、马来酸罗格列酮、瑞格列奈、盐酸吡格列酮9种成分。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可同时鉴定是否含有上述9种成分。
Objective: To establish a method for identification of nine components of antidiabetic medicine adulterated to health food in capsule form by HPLC.Methods: A C18 column was used with the mobile phase consisting of 0.02 mol.L-1ammonium dihydrogen phosphate(containing 0.03% sodium dodecylsulfate,with triethylamine to adjust the pH to 3.5 ± 0.05)-methanol as the mobile phase for gradient elution;the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1;the detection wavelength was 235 nm,the column temperature was 35 °C,using extraction chromatographic and spectroscopic identification.Results: Within 46 min,the nine components(phenformin hydrochloride,glibenclamide,gliclazide,glipizide,gliquidone,glimepiride,rosiglitazone maleate,repaglinide,pioglitazone hydrochloride) could be separated and identified.Conclusion: The method is found to be simple,rapid,accurate,and can simultaneously identify whether these nine components are contained.
