摘要
目的观察消毒愈肌液对大鼠糖尿病足的抗菌活性。方法将60只大鼠高脂高蛋白饲养4周后,采用链脲佐菌素腹腔注射和薄铁片固定法制备糖尿病足模型,做创面分泌物的细菌培养与分离,分别采用消毒愈肌液(浓度1g/ml)、哌拉西林(浓度500μg/ml)、左氧氟沙星(浓度500μg/ml)、氟康唑(浓度300μg/ml)、生理盐水进行体外抑菌试验,比较各药物对不同病原菌体外抑菌环直径的影响。结果 60例分泌物标本中共培养出病原菌86株,其中革兰阳性菌41株(47.7%),革兰阴性菌37株(43.0%),真菌8株(9.3%)。消毒愈肌液对革兰阴性菌、革兰阳性菌、真菌均高度敏感,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌敏感性优于左氧氟沙星(P<0.05或P<0.01),对大肠埃希菌、阴沟肠杆菌、变形杆菌属球菌敏感性优于哌拉西林(P<0.01或P<0.05),对热带假丝酵母菌敏感性优于氟康唑(P<0.05)。结论消毒愈肌液对糖尿病足溃疡有明显的抑菌作用。
Objective To observe the antibacterial activity of Xiaodu Yuji Solution (Skin Healing Disinfectant Solution) on diabetic foot ulcers in rats. Methods Sixty rats were selected and the diabetic foot models were established with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin and thin sheet iron fixation after 4 weeks of high-fat high-protein feeding. The bacterial culture and separation was conducted on wound secretions. Xiaodu Yuji Solution (concentration 1 g/ml), piperacillin (concentration 500μg/ml), levofloxacin (concentration 500 μg/ml), fluconazole (concentration 300μg/ml) and normal saline were used for in vitro antibacterial test. The effects of various drugs on the in vitro inhibition zone diameters of different pathogens were compared. Results Eighty six pathogens were cultured in 60 secretion samples. There were 41 (47. 7%) gram-positive bacteria, 37 gram-negative bacteria (43.0%) and 8 (9.3%) fungi. Xiaodu Yuji Solution had high sensitivity to gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria and fungi. The sensitivity of Xiaodu Yuji Solution to Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Streptococcus was superior to that of levofloxacin (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The sensitivity of Xiaodu Yuji Solution to Escherichia coli, Enterobacter cloacae and Proteus bacteria was superior to that of piperacillin (P〈0.01 or P〈 0.05). The sensitivity of Xiaodu Yuji Solution to Candida tropicalis was superior to that of fluconazole (P〈0.05). Conclusion Xiaodu Yuji Solution has obvious antimicrobial effect on diabetic foot ulcers.
