中医体质量表应用现状的文献计量学分析

A Bibliometrics Analysis of Application Status of TCM Constitution Questionnaire

目的分析中医体质量表的应用现状。方法应用文献计量学的方法,纳入2006年1月至2012年12月公开发表的应用中医体质量表进行研究的文献,对其每年发文量、地区和机构、核心作者、核心期刊分布情况及应用范围进行统计分析。结果纳入文献577篇,其中期刊文献309篇,会议论文48篇,学位论文219篇,报纸文献1篇。357篇期刊文献和会议文集文献的第一作者分布于28个省、市及155家机构,广东省以80篇(23.32%)文献量居于地区发文量首位,北京中医药大学以36篇(10.50%)文献量居于机构发文量首位。357篇期刊文献和会议文集文献中共有1075位作者,平均每篇文献由3.01位作者合作完成,其中818位作者发文量为1篇,仅有23位作者发文量为5篇及以上。共计14种期刊发表应用中医体质量表进行中医体质研究的文献101篇,占32.69%。577篇文献应用范围主要在体质可分(433篇)和体病相关(401篇)以及中医体质理论研究(184篇)方面。结论中医体质量表的应用呈快速增长,并呈一定的集中趋势,其应用的研究范围有待深入。

Objective To analyze the application status of TCM Constitution Questionnaire （TCM-CQ）. Methods The articles on TCM-CQ from January 2006 to December 2012 were included and analyzed with method of bibliometrics. The number of articles published annually, regions and institutions, core author and core journal distribution and range of application was analyzed. Results Totally 577 articles were included. There were 309 journal articles, 48 conference papers, 219 dissertations and i newspaper literature. The first authors of 357 journal articles and conference papers were distributed in 28 provinces and municipalities and 155 institutions. There were 80 （23. 32%） articles published annually in Guangdong Province and ranked first in the 28 regions. There were 36 （10.50%） articles published annually by Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and ranked first in the 155 institutions. Three hundred and fifty seven journal articles and conference papers were completed by 1 075 authors. Each article was completed by 3. 01 co-authors. There were 818 authors who published 1 article and 23 authors who published five articles and above annually. There were 14 journals that published 101 articles （32.69 %） involving TCM-CQ in TCM constitution research. The applications of 577 articles were constitution classification （433 articles）, constitution-disease correlation （401 articles） and TCM constitution theory （184 articles）. Conclusion The application of TCM-CQ is growing rapidly with a central tendency. The research on its application should be further.
