摘要
结合西宁某高速公路就地热再生工程,采用再生剂对RAP掺量为90%(与施工比例一致)的再生沥青混合料进行再生,研究再生剂对就地热再生沥青混合料性能的影响及添加的必要性。研究结果表明:就地热再生沥青混合料具有马歇尔稳定度高、动稳定度高、抗水害性能低、低温抗裂性能低"两高两低"的特点,容易出现掉渣、开裂、耐久性差等问题,而再生剂可显著提高再生沥青混合料的抗水害和低温抗裂性能,并不降低或小幅降低马歇尔稳定度和高温稳定性,解决或显著改善就地热再生混合料存在的弊病,因此在就地热再生工程中添加再生剂是必要的。
Combined with a highway hot-in-place recycled asphalt mixtures project in Xining city, rejuvenators are used in recycled asphalt mixture with RAP content being 90% (which is same with actual project) to fully investigate effect of rejuvenator on properties of hot-in-place recycled asphalt mixtures and to confirm the necessity for use of rejuvenator. The results show that hot-in-place recycled asphalt mix- tures has characteristics of "two high two low", which are high Marshall Stability, high rutting resistance, low water resistance, and low crack resistance in low temperature. But the recycled asphalt mixtures with rejuvenator had high water resistance and high crack resistance in low temperature, and the Marshall stability and rutting resistance are not reduced or not significantly reduced, so rejuvenator can improve the performance of hot-in-place recycled asphalt mixtures.
