干细胞及肿瘤细胞中nucleostemin基因的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 Nucleostemin(NS)基因在干细胞中高表达,在干细胞分化时迅速减少,参与干细胞和肿瘤细胞的增殖调控,维持干细胞扩增并抑制其向成熟细胞分化,从而阻止细胞凋亡。NS基因在肿瘤细胞干细胞特性维持中也起重要作用。NS蛋白以依赖于GTP的形式穿梭于核仁和核质之间,参与核糖体特别是前核糖体rRNA的装配过程。NS基因与肿瘤发生关系密切,或可作为靶向治疗的候选基因。
