摘要
为减少SH947型管道式烘丝机气流干燥时干头物料量的产生,采用正交试验方法,对该烘丝机干燥模拟运行时的蒸汽流量、管道负压、模拟水流量进行了分析优化,并对优化后的方案进行了验证。结果表明:①模拟水流量对SH947型气流干燥时干头物料量的产生具有极显著的影响,蒸汽流量、管道负压对气流干燥时干头物料量的产生影响显著;②模拟水流量640 kg/h、蒸汽流量1200 kg/h和管道负压为-600Pa的SH947型气流干燥模拟运行优化方案能够减少干头物料量的产生。
In order to reduce the generation of over-dried cut tobacco during the start of pneumatic drying in SH947 tower dryer, the steam flow, negative pressure in pipeline and simulated water flow under simulated running condition were analyzed and optimized by orthogonal test, and the optimized condition was verified. The results showed that: 1) Simulated water flow was an extremely significant factor, steam flow and negative pressure in pipeline were significant factors affecting the generation of over-dried tobacco. 2) The amount of over-dried tobacco was reduced under the optimal simulated condition, i.e. simulated water flow 640 kg/h, steam flow 1200 kg/h and negative pressure -600 Pa.
