摘要
为资源化利用废弃烟梗,以废弃烟梗为底物固态发酵生产假丝酵母。在单因子试验的基础上,利用Plackett-Burman设计法筛选出影响假丝酵母HZ19生物量的重要影响因子。结果表明,最适发酵条件为温度30℃、发酵时间3 d、接种量100 mL/kg、装载量10 g/250 mL、烟梗大小4.0~5.0 cm;通过Plackett-Burman试验分析,蔗糖、酵母粉、葡萄糖对假丝酵母HZ19生物量有显著影响,试验中最大生物量干质量为103.24 g/kg。
To better utilize waste tobacco stems, a strain of Candida.sp. HZ19 was produced with waste tobacco stems by solid state fermentation. The key factors affecting the biomass of Candida.sp. HZ19 were further screened with Plackett-Burman design based on the monofactorial test. The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were 30 % for 3 days, inoculation rate 100 mL/kg, loading rate 10 g/250 mL and stem size 4-5 cm in length. Sucrose, yeast powder and glucose imparted significant effects on HZ19 biomass. Under Plackett-Burman design conditions, the maximum yield of biomass reached 103.24 g/kg (dry weight).
