摘要
设计了一套适用于可移动式小型液体除湿空调的自动控制系统,包括液体除湿空调控制子系统、数据采集与监测子系统、安全与报警处理子系统。控制系统使用Climatix控制器替代传统PLC,实现了对实验热源温度、系统送风温度和再生排风温度的精确调节,操作简洁、反应迅速且控制精确,能使液体除湿空调在20分钟内达到稳定,且稳定后的控制参数误差维持在±2%之内。
An automatic control system including the subsystems of the liquid desiccant air conditioning control, data acquisition and monitoring, security and alarm processing was designed for the small & movable liquid desiccant air - conditioning sys- tem (SMLDAS). Climatix controller with the characteristics of simple operation, rapid response and accurate control was applied on the control system as replacement of the traditional PLC to achieve the precise adjustment of the heat source temperature, the system supply air temperature and exhaust temperature of regeneration. The SMLDAS can achieve stability in 20 minutes and the maintaining error is under ±2%.
