Research progress of prognostic factors of childhood acute myeloid leukemia

摘要 目前儿童急性髓系白血病的远期治疗效果仍未令人满意。根据危险度分组的治疗方案是目前较好的治疗模式，但是具体的预后危险因素仍不明确。 Recently,childhood acute myeloid leukemia prognosis is still unsatisfied. The risk-directed treatment protocol is better, while the exact prognostic factors are unclear. This paper mainly introduce some already know prog- nostic factors and risk classification standards.
