VC与DTC策略下传动系统转矩响应特性的对比试验研究

摘要 针对矢量控制(VC)和直接转矩控制(DTC)控制策略下传动系统转矩响应特性,通过搭建转矩非闭环传动系统试验台,在不同转速工况下,以阶跃输入方式,对两种不同控制策略下传动系统的转矩响应进行测试,并从控制理论的角度对转矩响应进行了分析与评价。研究结果表明:VC控制策略下,有明显的超调现象,但低速、50%转矩负载工况下传动系统的转矩响应较快;DTC控制策略下,无超调,且中低速工况下传动系统的转矩响应较快;相同工况下,DTC控制要比VC控制的转矩响应快,但低速时稳定性较差。 Aiming at the torque response characteristics of transmission system based on VC and DTC strategies,through a torque non--closed--loop experimental platform of transmission system, a step signal was given, the torque response was tested by using different speeds, the testing results were analysed and evaluated in the terms of control theory. The results show that the VC strategy can get a quick torque response of transmission system at the low--speed, 50 % torque load conditions, but over- shoot obviously; the DTC strategy can get a quick torque response at the low--speed condition, no overshoot. Under the same conditions, torque response of DTC strategy is faster than that of VC strat- egy,but less stable at low speeds.
