基层医院心脏手术围术期安全管理应用研究

Safety management of cardiac operation in peri-operative period in primary hospital

目的通过对基层医院心脏手术围术期的术前、术中和术后一系列安全管理的应用探究，建立一套严密的围术期安全管理应用方案。方法对昌吉回族自治州人民医院14例进行心脏手术的患者进行围术期安全管理，对其术前、术中和术后的管理进行总结。结果基层医院心脏手术围术期安全管理基本成型，但是在有一些地方依旧会出现某些不足，需要进行加强。结论心脏手术围术期安全管理与患者生命安全息息相关，树立安全第一意识，识别危险环节，并且能够在术前、术中与术后三个阶段给予患者人性化的安全管理，为其手术安全把关，临床进行推广应用实施。

Objective To establish a set of strict peri-operative safety management program through application inquiry of the preoperative, intra-operative and postoperative peridds in primary hos- pital. Methods Fourteen patients who underwent cardiac operation with safety management of peri-oper- ative period were choosed, and the management experience was summarized. Results Safety manage- ment of the primary hospital cardiac operation in peri-operative period already in the basic shape, but in some places still have certain inadequacy, need to be strengthened. Conclusions Safety management of cardiac operation in peri-operative period is closely linked to patients＇ life safety. We should establish the safety awareness first, identify risk links, and give patients humanity safety management in the preopera- tive, intra-operative and postoperative three stages, promote surgical safety eheeks and clinical applica- tion implementation.
