摘要
目的对比研究5种不同提取方法对赤芍中芍药苷的提取效果,探寻一种最佳的提取方法。方法分别采用温浸提取法、回流提取法、加速溶剂提取法(ASE)、超声波提取法、超临界流体萃取法(SFE)5种方法对赤芍进行提取,然后应用HPLC法对提取物进行分析,以芍药苷的含量作为参考指标,对赤芍的提取方法进行研究。结果对比所采用的5种提取方法,提取物中芍药苷的含量从高到低,依次为温浸提取法、回流提取法、ASE法、SFE法、超声波提取法。结论 5种提取方法所获得的芍药苷含量相差较大,温浸提取法效果最佳,且赤芍中芍药苷的提取受温度和压力的影响明显。两者相比,温度对其提取效果影响更大。
Objective To explore an optimal extraction method by comparatively study of five different extraction methods on extraction of paeoniflorin from Radix Paeoniae Rubra. Methods Five extraction processes, soaking extraction, reflux extraction, accelerated solvent extraction method ( ASE ), ultrasonic extraction and supercritical fluid extraction ( SFE), were exploited respectively to extract paeoniflorin from Radix Paeoniae Rubra. To study these extraction methods by HPLC as a reference index of paeoniflorin. Results The content of paeoniilorin of soaking methods was the highest, followed by Reflux extraction, ASE, SFE method, Ultrasonic extraction. Conclusion Paeoniflorin content was quite different from different extraction, the soaking method extracted the highest rate. Results showed that the high temperature and pressure will significantly reduce the extraction effect of paeoniflorin.
