复方五倍子箍围软膏对寻常型银屑病的治疗作用及机制研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨复方五倍子箍围软膏对银屑病治疗作用及机制。方法采用0.5%心得安乳剂制备豚鼠耳廓银屑病模型,以复方五倍子箍围软膏进行干预,观察豚鼠耳部银屑病样外部形态、病理改变及炎症细胞浸润情况,进行Baker评分和计数炎症细胞浸润,以此评价复方五倍子箍围软膏治疗效果;用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测银屑病模型豚鼠血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达,硝酸根还原酶法检测银屑病模型豚鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)表达,探讨复方五倍子箍围软膏对银屑病的作用机制。结果复方五倍子箍围软膏可以使银屑病豚鼠耳背红肿基本消退,鳞屑减少,毛细血管扩张减轻,病理组织学积分及炎症细胞浸润数下降。复方五倍子箍围软膏可明显降低模型豚鼠血清中VEGF、NO的表达。结论复方五倍子箍围软膏可能是通过抑制血管内皮细胞增生和一氧化氮的分泌,从而对银屑病产生治疗作用。
