摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定骨质增生散中柚皮苷的含量。方法色谱柱为菲罗门C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),柱温35℃,流动相为乙腈-水(90∶10)(磷酸调pH至3),流速1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长283 nm。结果柚皮苷在0.428 0~1.540 8μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率(n=9)为99.0%。结论该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于骨质增生散中柚皮苷的含量测定和质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of naringin in Guzhi Zengsheng San. Methods The samples were separated at 35℃ on a Phenomenex C 18 (4.6 mm× 250 mm ,5 μm) Column, and acetonitrile -water (90: 10 ) was used as mobile phase ( pH was adjusted by phosphoric acid to 3 ). The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min - 1 and detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results The naringin had a good linear relation in the range of 0.428 0 - 1. 540 8 μg( r = 0. 999 9 ) , the average recovery was 99.0%. Conclusion The method was accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used to detect naringin and the quality control of Guzhi Zengsheng San.
