摘要
为研究铬酸处理液对UHMWPE纤维及其水泥砂浆强度的影响,对纤维断裂强度及其砂浆力学强度进行了测试,并采用SEM对微观改性机理进行了分析。结果表明,铬酸对低纤度纤维的处理效果较好,改性纤维砂浆的抗折强度与纤维的处理程度成正相关性;在纤维掺量为0.7kg/m3时,相比于预处理纤维砂浆,1 760Dtex改性纤维对砂浆抗折强度提高12%,但对砂浆抗压强度提高不明显;相比于素砂浆,1 760Dtex改性纤维对砂浆抗折强度提高28%,抗压强度提高19%;在相同纤维掺量情况下,低纤度纤维对砂浆强度的改善较好;SEM测试发现处理后低纤度纤维表面的斑纹和凹槽更明显,这决定了改性纤维砂浆的力学性能。
This paper was conducted on the effect of chromate treatment solution on the performance of the UHMWPE fiber and its cement mortar. The modification effect was analyzed by using SEM. Experimental results indicate that the modified effect of low denier fibers is superior to high denier with chromate treatment solution. The flexural strength of modified fiber mortar and the treatment degree of fiber shows a positive correlationrelationship. The 1 760 Dtex modified fiber mortar flexural strength increased by 12 %compared to pretreatment fiber mortar while the improvement of com- pressive strength is not obvious when content of fiber is 0. 7 kg/m3. Compared to prime mortar, the flexural and compres- sive strengths of 1 760 Dtex modified fiber mortar increase by 28% and 19% respectively. The low denier fiber mortar takes a preferably performance to high denier mortar. The scanning electron microscopy shows that the surface of low modified denier fiber is more rough. These two factors together determine the mechanical properties of modified fiber mortar.
