摘要
针对图书馆人力资源管理现状,基于文献分析法建立知识型员工通才胜任力模型。通过对广西桂林图书馆员工发放访谈提纲,结合采用专家小组访谈法、问卷调查法,得出公共图书馆员工通用胜任力初始模型并进行验证。
According to the current situation of human resource management in public library, a general competency model is set up for knowledge librarians on the basis of document-analysis. By conducting focus group interviews and sending question naires to librarians from Guangxi Guilin Library, a prototype of librarian's general competency is developed and validated.
