摘要
确立科学的培养目标是培养出合格甚至优秀研究生的重要前提。通过考察我国图书馆学研究生学位授权点的培养目标,总结出目标内容的雷同化、学术学位"非学术化"和专业学位"本科化"等问题。建议实行研究生培养目标的多元化设计策略,设计以学生为主体、以导师为主导的多元化培养目标。
It is prerequisite to set scientific training objectives for postgraduate training. With the investigation on training ob jectives of graduate degree in library science, this paper sums up three problems: the similarity of objectives, "non-academic" degree and the undergraduatization of professional degree. It's suggested to adopt the strategy of multiply training objectives for graduate programs, thus diversified "student^oriented" and "tutors-dominated" training objectives should be designed.
