A Review of the Literature of Occupational Embeddedness and Prospects

摘要 职业嵌入作为一个源于工作嵌入的新构念,为员工职业稳定性提供了更广阔的解释空间,并为预测员工离职提供了一个新视角。相对于工作嵌入而言,目前国内针对职业嵌入的研究及相关成果介绍还不多见。本文聚焦于西方学者关于这一领域研究的最新进展,对职业嵌入的概念、维度、测量、影响因素、变化与影响效应等方面的研究成果进行了系统评介,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。 As a new concept stemming from job embeddedness, occupational embeddedness pro- vides a more broad explanation for employee career stability and a new perspective for forecasting employee turnover. Compared with job embeddedness, domestic studies on occupational embeddedness are rare currently. This paper focuses on western latest achievements concerning occupational embeddedness and makes a systematic review of the literature in aspects such as concept,dimensions, measurement,influencing factors, changes and effects. Then it proposes the directions in future research.
