摘要
气象科技管理有其自身的特殊性,气象科技管理在"十二五"期间和未来一段时期面临着机遇与挑战。指出目前气象科技管理存在的问题并提出相应建议。
Meteorological science and technology management has its own special characters, which will enter a period of opportunities in the 12th Five -Year period and afterward. In current context, some problems of meteorological science and technology management are discussed. The paper points out policy suggestions from three aspects.
