介绍我国生物科技伦理制度建设的总体状况以及国际社会在生物科技伦理制度建设方面的先进经验,并结合我国实际提出了具体的政策建议。
The essay introduces the general facts of system development in the field of biotechnology ethics in China and advanced experiences from international community. The author also puts forward specific policy suggestions combining China＇ s conditions.
