在ERP的实施过程中,面对不同的企业需要应体现出个性化,这样才能取得较高的成功率。在对当前ERP实施主要过程模式(Stage-Active实施过程模式)中出现各类问题现状分析的基础上,以组件和工作流程为核心构建组件-工作流程实施过程模式(Component-Workflow模式),从而使ERP实施面向企业个性化、实施灵活性且能快速构建实施过程,并结合应用实例说明该模式的有效性。

Confronted with different requirements, ERP implementation should reflect enterprises＇ individual characteristics in order to achieve a higher success rate. So far, the stage - activity mode is used for the most part in the process of ERP implementation. On the basis of analyzing the current situation that the S - A mode has emerged some shortcomings, the component - workflow ERP implementation process mode is designed. And the C - W mode has two core elements ： component and workflow. Importantly, the use of the C - W mode can make implementation develop towards enterprise per- sonalization, implementation flexibility and plan the implementation process quickly. Finally, an application example is combined to illustrate the effectiveness of the mode.
