反渗透技术在钢厂废水回用项目中的应用

Application of RO technology to the project of steel plant wastewater reuse

针对河北钢铁股份有限公司唐山分公司产生的工业废水含盐量高、成分复杂等特点以及国家对钢铁企业节能减排的号召,确定了以反渗透技术为主的脱盐工艺来回用该钢厂的工业废水,取代原来的自来水和井水。运行结果表明,反渗透系统的脱盐效果非常好,减轻了后续混床工艺的负担。详述了时代沃顿反渗透膜在钢铁厂废水回用系统中的应用情况。

According to the fact that the salt content of industrial wastewater from Tangshan Branch of Hebei Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd. is high, and wastewater component is complex, and in response to the government call of energy-sav- ing and emission-reduction in iron ＆ steel enterprises, it is determined that RO should be used as the main desalina- tion technology for reusing the industrial wastewater in that steel company, instead of using tap water and well water. The operation results show that the desalination efficacy of RO system is excellent. The burden of subsequent mixed- bed process can thus be eased. The application of VONTRON RO membranes to the wastewater reuse system in iron ＆ steel works is introduced in detail.
