摘要
结合某纸厂处理脱墨污水时发生污泥膨胀的实例,对温度、溶解氧和食微比等因素进行分析,得出过量PAM引起的泡沫和食微比过低导致污泥膨胀,并提出减少加药量、安装喷头和投加淀粉等解决措施。
Combined with an example of the sludge bulking occurred in the treatment of deinking wastewater at a paper mill, the factors, such as temperature, dissolved oxygen and food micro ratio, have been analyzed. It is found that sludge bulking is due to the foam caused by excessive PAM and the food micro ratio which is too low. Solutions put forward are as follow: reducing the agents to be added, installing shower nozzles, and adding starch, etc.
