摘要
目的探讨脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)基因Hind Ⅲ和Pvu Ⅱ位点多态性与新疆维吾尔族老年人血脂水平的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,确定109例老年人的Hind Ⅲ和PvuⅡ多态位点各基因型,并测定其各项血脂等体检指标。结果 LPL基因Hind Ⅲ H+H-型携带者血葡萄糖浓度[(5.93±1.13)mmol/L]明显高于H-H-型携带者[(4.62±0.83)mmol/L]和H+H+型携带者[(5.48±0.96)mmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LPL基因PvuⅡP-P-型携带者丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)浓度[(21.57±8.10)U/L]明显高于P+P-型携带者[(16.19±7.35)U/L]和P+P+型携带者[(15.28±5.93)U/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);H-H-/P+P-单体型携带者体重明显高于其他单体型携带者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 LPL基因Hind Ⅲ和PvuⅡ位点多态性可能与新疆维吾尔族老年人血脂水平存在一定关联,其中H+H-基因型可能与血浆高葡萄糖有关,PvuⅡ位点多态性可能与高ALT有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the polymorphisms at Hind Ⅲ and Pvu sites of lipoprotein lipase(LPL) gene and the levels of serum lipids of Uighur senior citizens in Xinjiang.Methods The genotypes at Hind Ⅲ and PvuⅡ sites of LPL gene were detedted by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) technique,and the levels of serum lipids and apolipoproteins were measured in 109 Uighur senior citizens.Results The serum GLU levels of H + H genotype group were significantly higher than those of H H and H + H + groups(P0.05).The ALT levels of P P genotype group were significantly higher than those of P + P and P + P + groups(P0.05).The body weight levels of H H /P + P haplotype group were significantly higher than those of other haplotype groups(P0.05).Conclusion The polymorphisms at Hind Ⅲ and PvuⅡ sites of LPL gene may be associated with serum lipid level,the H + H genotype may be associated with high serum GLU level and the polymorphisms at PvuⅡ site may be associated with high serum ALT level in the senior citizens of Uighur in Xinjiang.
