摘要
集体林权制度改革后林农成为林业经营的主体,集体林权制度改革对林农的生产、投资和就业决策行为产生了重要影响。基于对辽宁省10个县（市）500户林农的抽样调查数据,运用二元Logistic回归模型建立林农非农就业决策模型,从农户家庭角度分析集体林权制度改革对林农非农就业决策行为的影响。结果表明：户主性别、户主受教育程度、家庭劳动力数量、是否参加联户经营和是否参加林业合作组织5个因素对农户非农就业决策有显著影响。
The farmers becomes the main body of forestry management after the collective forest tenure reform, which have a important impact on the farmers＇ production, investment and employment decision-making behav- ior. Using binary logistic regression model based on the survey data of 500 farmers of the collective forest tenure re- form monitoring project in Liaoning province which was supported by the state forestry administration to built the decision-making model to analyze the Impact of Forest Tenure Keform on off-farm Employment of farmers. The results showed that： the gender and education level of the head of household, family labor number and whether the farmers joint household operations and the forestry cooperation organization have a significant effect on the farm- ers＇ off-farm employment decisions.
