森工企业应急管理:面向突发事件的知识元链接技术

针对森工企业应急管理中无法快速有效使用和查找应急文档的问题,基于知识元链接技术,构建森工企业应急管理预案,为森工企业应对突发事件时有效使用应急文档提供一种新的途径。通过文档结构化分析,提取应急文档的知识元。利用RDF对知识元进行整合分析,建立语义关联,完成对知识元关系的抽取。最后通过知识元链接,设计了森工企业应急管理预案。研究结果可指导森工企业应急实践,也为森工企业应急管理可视化设计奠定基础。
