小学生城乡居民基本医疗保险满意度指数模型的构建——模型条目筛选方法

Construction of a Satisfaction Index Model for Pupils with Basic Medical Insurance for Rural and Urban Residents: Model Item Selection

目的构建适合我国小学生城乡居民基本医疗保险满意度指数模型。方法根据美国顾客满意度指数模型的理论框架,采用议题小组和核心小组的程序化决策方式构建模型。条目池经专家认可,对559名小学生进行问卷调查后,随机抽取250份有效问卷,采用地板效应、天花板效应、t检验法、克朗巴赫α系数法、相关分析法、逐步回归法、因子分析法等9种方法联合进行条目筛选,由保留条目组建模型测试版。结果构建了含6个维度17个条目的小学生城乡居民基本医疗保险满意度指数模型测试版。结论小学生城乡居民基本医疗保险满意度指数模型各条目具有良好的敏感性、独立性、代表性、重要性和内部一致性。

Objective To develop a satisfaction index model for Chinese pupils with basic medical insurance for rural and urban residents.Methods The model was constructed with the theoretical framework of the model of American Customer Satisfaction Index and using the structured group(nominal group and focus group) methods.The item pool was certified by experts.Nine methods were used in item selection based on a survey data of 250 pupils.Results Formed a 17-item Satisfaction Index Model for pupils who participated in basic medical insurance for rural and urban residents,which includes six domains: perceived quality(5 items),customer expectations(3 items),perceived value(2 items),customer satisfaction(3 items),customer complaints(2 items) and customer loyalty(2 items).Conclusion Items of the satisfaction index model for pupils with basic medical insurance for rural and urban residents were sensitive,independent,typical,important and with internal consistency.
