摘要
针对给水泵站能耗大的问题,通过对状元水厂出水泵房水泵数据和管路数据的实测分析,并进行数据拟合,结合水泵并联运行规律,提出了水厂出水泵房运行优化调度的数学模型,以及最优启停泵顺序方案。运行实践表明,该方法能充分发挥变频泵的优势,节能效果明显,可实现泵站的经济运行。
To solve the problem of energy waste in water supply pumping station, the data from the pumps and the pipeline for Zhuangyuan Waterworks were measured, analyzed and fitted. A mathematical model for optimization operation of the water supply pumping station and a best way to start and stop pumps were proposed combined with the parallel operation regularity of pumps. The operation results showed that this method could make full use of the advantages of the frequency conversion pump, save energy effectively and achieve economic operation of pumping station.
