摘要
在传统的自来水处理工艺中,滤池反冲洗是非常有挑战性的一个环节。新型浊度传感器以及具有噪音消除功能的控制器,可以提供大量关于反冲洗情况的准确、及时的信息。传感器被安装在正确位置和考虑到噪声削减的控制器设置非常关键。一旦建立了反冲洗废水在线浊度测定体系,就可以实现更准确、有效、经济的反冲洗终点的精确控制,从而实现滤池的优化管理,在保证水质的前提下,提高滤池的运行效率,节能降耗。
Backwashing a sand filter is a challenging step in the traditional treatment process for drinking water. Significantly more accurate and prompt information about backwash can be provided by the new-type turbidity sensor and noise-abatement controller. Appropriate setting-up positions of the sen- sor and controller are vital. Precise control of a more accurate, efficient and economical backwash termi- nation can be achieved by the on-line turbidity monitoring system of backwash effluent. The purpose is to improve the operation efficiency of sand filter and reduce energy consumption under the premise of ensu- ring water quality.
