Treatment of Pharmaceutical Wastewater by Shallow Air Flotation / Microelectrolysis /Biochemical Treatment /Filtration Process

摘要 采用浅层气浮/微电解/生化/过滤法处理广济药业维生素营养药类生产废水。系统对进水水质具有良好的抗冲击性能,浓浆经浅层气浮/微电解预处理后,对cOD的平均去除率达69.04%;系统最终出水水质能达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的三级标准,对cOD的平均去除率达89.92%,部分指标如SS、色度、氨氮等达到了二级标准,对总磷的去除率达99.5%,彻底解决了现有工艺中经多效蒸发后存在难以处理的浓浆问题。同时处理费用由30~50元/m3降低到5.365元/m3。 The combined process of shallow air flotation, microelectrolysis, biochemical treatment and filtration was applied to treat the pharmaceutical wastewater containing vitamin-type nutraceuticals from the Guangji Pharmaceutical Plant. The treatment system showed satisfactory performance of impact resistance. The average COD removal rate reached 69.04% after shallow air flotation and microelectrolys- is pretreatment. The final effluent water quality met the third class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996). The total COD removal rate was 89.92%, some in- dexes such as SS, color and ammonia nitrogen met the second class criteria, and the TP removal rate was 99.5 %. The problem of treating high-concentration liquid in the existing process was completely solved. Also, the treatment cost decreased from 30 - 50 yuan/m3 to 5. 365 yuan/m3.
